Credit Card Payment Information
Our refund policy:
On service already rendered, credit card refunds are not offered. For credit card payments on advance billed accounts, a refund will be provided for unused service. If you have questions about our refund policy, please contact our billing department, at (740) 344-7544 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Our privacy policy:
Any personal information you provide to us as part of a credit card payment on your account will be held in confidence, and will be used only for the purpose of facilitating your payment transaction. This information will not be shared with anyone who is not a party to the payment process. Parties to the payment process include the provider of our secure payment facility and the bank through which the payments are cleared.
Our security policy:
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information. SSL technology encrypts your payment information to protect it from decoding by anyone other than our payment processing partners.
Once you proceed to the payment page, your computer will be using this secure communications mode. You can verify that you are in a secure mode by confirming that:
- The web address in your browser begins with “https://” rather than ”http://”
- A padlock icon will appear somewhere near the web address (depending on the type of browser you’re using), indicating that an SSL connection is in use. You can click on the padlock to verify the identity of the site to which you’re connected.
