Residential Services
Big “O” Refuse provides weekly service. You may use your own container as long as it has a lid, handles and does not exceed 50 pounds. We rent 96‑gallon containers with a lid, handle, and wheels for an additional monthly fee. (Fifty-gallon drums are prohibited.) Please note: For efficient service, please have your containers at the curb by 5:00 am on your pickup day. Limit of one household per account.
Yard Waste
- Limit of five 50 pound bundles per week.
- Limbs should be no larger than 2 inches in diameter and no longer than 4 feet.
- Items should be bundled, bagged or boxed.
Oversized Items
- Limit of one large item per week.
- This includes items too large to fit in your container: appliances, furniture, or carpet that is no wider than 4 feet, rolled and tied.
- Any appliance with Freon must have the Freon removed by a licensed appliance technician.
- To prevent bedbug outbreaks, ALL mattresses and upholstered furniture must be wrapped in plastic for pickup. Notify the office before placing those items at the curb. Please call 888-924-BIGO for pick up.
